Memorial services for Officer Paul Rutherford are set for Wednesday and Thursday in the West Valley.
Officer Rutherford was killed March 21 while investigating a crash near 75th Avenue and Indian School Road.
The memorial services for the fallen Phoenix Police officer are as follows:
Visitation: Wednesday, March 27, 2019
Location: St. Thomas Aquinas 13720 W. Thomas Road, Avondale, AZ
Time: 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. public viewing followed by a mass from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Funeral: Thursday, March 28, 2019
Time: 10 a.m.
Location: Christ’s Church of the Valley at 7007 W. Happy Valley Road, Peoria, AZ
Followed by a procession to the Phoenix Memorial Park and Cemetery at 200 W Beardsley Road Phoenix, AZ.
The 22-year veteran is survived by his wife of 30 years, two adult sons and their wives, a grandson, his father and mother, two brothers and a sister.
