PHOENIX — The Powerball jackpot continues to grow, but the recent drawing gave the Valley a new millionaire.
According to lottery officials, a $1,000,000 Powerball winner was revealed after the March 27 drawing. The ticket was sold at a Safeway in Sun City near 99th Avenue and Bell Road.
Along with the million-dollar winner, there were also three $50,000 Powerball winners on Wednesday. Here's where they were sold:
- Fry's Food Store, 2858 N Pinal Ave, Casa Grande
- Lake Powell Convenience Store, 901 N Hwy 89, Page
- Fastrip Food Store, 1891 Grande Ave, Nogales
The winning numbers from the drawing are 37, 46, 57, 60, 66 and the Powerball was 8. The Power Play was 2x.
Saturday’s Powerball drawing has an advertised jackpot of an estimated $935 million, the highest it’s been all year. The cash value is $449.7 million.
