Randy's Donuts is opening its first Phoenix location. Here's where.

Get ready to enjoy some of the iconic treats in the Valley when the Arizona location opens up this April.

PHOENIX — If you're a donut enthusiast, chances are you're familiar with Randy's Donuts. The popular donut shop with the large, iconic donut on the roof of its original Inglewood location is a pop culture fixture.

Now, those delicious donuts are making their way to the Valley.

Local entrepreneur Brian Padilla plans to open franchise locations of Randy's Donuts in several states, including Arizona. The first Arizona location is set to open in Phoenix on April 25. It will be located near 7th Street and Bethany Home Road.

Representatives of the store said it will open daily at 5 a.m.

“People know Randy’s Donuts from all our appearances in movies and television shows and they love us because our donuts are delicious,” said Mark Kelegian, owner of Randy’s Donuts. “We have a lot of guests from Phoenix visiting our landmark location in Inglewood, Calif. We think Brian and his team are going to have a lot of fans when they open.”

Randy's Donuts was founded in 1952 and has more than 60 different varieties of classic, deluxe, fancy, and premium donuts.  There are currently locations in several places across the world, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, the Philippines, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia.

*Editor's Note: The shop's opening date was pushed back to April 25.*
